Important Information: Understanding Our Role and Your Responsibilities

Capstone Connectors operates as a third-party intermediary, connecting private lenders and investors. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, Capstone Connectors does not guarantee the performance or financial stability of any parties involved in these connections.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Capstone Connectors is not responsible for any financial losses, damages, or other liabilities that may arise from your use of our services or from any agreements entered into with lenders, investors, or other parties introduced through our platform.

We strongly encourage all parties to conduct their own due diligence and seek professional advice before entering into any financial transactions.

At Capstone Connectors, our primary role is to ensure a smooth and successful match between lenders and borrowers, providing a seamless experience for all parties involved.

To maintain the integrity of our service and protect everyone involved, it's important to understand that lenders will not receive direct contact information for borrowers. All communication, questions, or concerns should be directed to the assigned Connector. This approach helps prevent potential misunderstandings and ensures that the transaction is managed professionally.

If the Connector is circumvented and the lender contacts the borrower directly, Capstone Connectors will take appropriate action. The initial response will be an increase in our service fee by $1,000. Should further violations occur, we may pursue legal action for breach of contract if necessary.

Additionally, if both the borrower and lender choose to work independently of the Connector at any point, the full connection fee, as outlined in the existing contract, will still be owed to Capstone Connectors prior to the exchange of any contact information. Once this fee is paid, Capstone Connectors will step away from the deal entirely and will no longer have any responsibility or involvement in the completion of the transaction.

These measures are in place to protect the interests of both the lender and the borrower, ensuring that all transactions remain smooth, transparent, and cordial. Our goal is to support all parties involved and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
